Day 01- Arrive at Cochin
Arrival at Cochin airport follows assistance and transfer to the Bolgatty Palace. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02- Cochin/ Munnar
In the morning you are driven to the beautiful hill station of Munnar. Munnar houses world's highest tea-growing estates. Upon arrival, check-in at hotel Sienna Village. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03- Munnar
You have full day leisure to explore the place on your own. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04- Munnar/ Periyar
In the morning you are driven to Periyar (90 km). Upon arrival, check-in at hotel Cardamom country. Periyar is a wildlife heaven, sprawling across 777 sq. km of the Cardamom Hills in the Western Ghats; Thekkady is the home to one of the largest wildlife reserves in India. Alive with exotic flora and vibrant wildlife, it is the perfect getaway tucked away among hills. You have leisure time in the afternoon. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05- Periyar/ Kumarakom
Enjoy the early morning boat cruise on the Periyar Lake and see the wildlife. It is an artificial lake or reservoir created by a dam on Periyar River and is the heart of the Wildlife Sanctuary. Wild elephants, Asiatic Deer, Black Buck and even tigers can be sighted, coming to shores of the lake to drink water. Return to hotel for breakfast.

Breakfast follows a drive through the winding "Ghats", lined with prosperous tea plantations. Soon you arrive at Kumarakom, the fascinating countryside of low-lying palms and paddy fields (150 km/ 4 hrs), visiting the tea estates enroute. Kumarakom is a beautiful backwater village on the shores of the captivating Vembanad Lake. At Kumarakom, you will find criss-crossed waterways and ancient cottages. You are at leisure in the evening. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06- Kumarakom/ Houseboat
After spending the morning at leisure, board the traditional rice boats in the afternoon and begin your journey through the picturesque and serene backwaters and small lakes, relaxing in the tranquility of Kerala's beautiful scenery. This is the best way to explore the real life of the local people of Kerala. The one bedroom house with a lounge is exclusively for you; meals will be served with freshly bought produce from the local markets and cooked on board. Overnight on board.

Day 07- Houseboat/ Poovar
Breakfast on board and sail to Alleppey and disembark at Puthenagady Jetty. Thereafter, drive onto Poovar. Poovar Island is a picturesque resort, enveloped by the most serene backwaters, and opening out to the sea and a dream golden sand beach. Poovar is justly a window into heaven. The tranquility gets disturbed only by the sound of waves and the birds. Here, you will find hundreds of species of spices, exotic flowers, complete with banana and coconut groves.

Upon arrival at Poovar, check-in at Poovar Island Resort which is a mix of floating cottages, and conventional housing. The floating units are constructed on hollow light weight concrete hulls. They are air conditioned and fully equipped with all modern amenities. Overnight at the resort.

Day 08- Poovar
You can pursue your own activities as you have full day at leisure.

Day 09- Poovar/ Trivandrum
In the morning, you are driven to Trivandrum for your flight back home.
